Just off I-20, in downtown Atlanta, the Social Goat began with a renovation and then ended with a Bed and Breakfast.

Originally built at the turn of the century, the inn was a large Queen Anne Victorian home, designed to accommodate an Atlanta family with thirteen children. The home was a working farm and homestead. Eventually, much of the property was sold to make way for a suburban building.

Today, the Social Goat remains on 3/4 of an acre, and includes a unique miniature barnyard and beautiful gardens.

As for residents, when we first took over the Social Goat, we started with two Nigerian dwarf goats, a dozen little chicks, a few turkeys and ducks, along with a pond full of Koi fish. Since then, we've added a few goats, aquatic pets, and cats.

The Social Goat Bed and Breakfast would be honored to provide our services for your next event.

Each event is bespoke to your tastes and needs, to provide the best experience possible for you and your guests. If you have eight or more guests, please, call ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate your plans.

Give us a call for more information. We look forward to meeting you.

It was AMAZING! At the end of the weekend, we both were talking about how we could never go back to staying a hotel again. Kristy and Kelly are awesome and truly care about your needs and want to help make your time there enjoyable. We got to feed some goats and watch chickens wonder around. It truly was a magical weekend! If you're thinking of staying at a hotel, do yourself a favor and book with the Social Goat, you won't be disappointed!

What an awesome find!! This is a neat little spot a little walk from the Zoo and Grant Park. The owner is amazing, and the animals adorable. (The goats are SO cute). We only stayed one night, but I would love to stay again and stay several. The entire experience from booking to our breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend giving this sweet little place a try!
